قُلْ هَلْ مِنْ شُرَكَآئِكُمْ مَّنْ یَّبْدَؤُا الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ یُعِیْدُهٗ١ؕ قُلِ اللّٰهُ یَبْدَؤُا الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ یُعِیْدُهٗ فَاَنّٰى تُؤْفَكُوْنَ
—–Transliteration—–
Say, “Are there of your ‘partners’ any who begins creation and then repeats it?” Say, ” Allah begins creation and then repeats it, so how are you deluded?”
Surah Yunus – Verse No34
This verse reminds us unmatched power and authority of Allah , He is the One who brought this universe into existence from nothing and has the ability to recreate it after its end.
It’s a powerful challenge to those who associate partners with Allah. Can any idol, man-made deity, or imagined power create life, let alone bring it back? The answer is clear, only Allah has this ability of creations
as Allah says
اَللّٰہُ خَالِقُ کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ ۫ وَّہُوَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ وَّکِیۡلٌ
Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.
Surah Al Zumar – Surah No-39
Verse No-62
Through this verse, Allah beautifully describes His absolute ownership of the entire universe, from its very beginning to its ultimate end. He reminds us that He alone initiated creation, bringing everything into existence from nothingness, and that He alone has the power to repeat it.
Allah’s words guide us to reflect on His creations—one by one. From the vast galaxies to the smallest atoms, everything is a sign of His wisdom and power. The heavens, the earth, and all living beings operate under His command, perfectly balanced and synchronized.
“Allah, in His infinite wisdom and power, created everything in the universe step by step, not all at once. The Quran teaches us that creation happened in stages, each with a purpose and perfection. So, Which creations was created first
Allah say
وَهُوَ الَّذِیۡ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضَ فِیۡ سِتَّۃِ اَیَّامٍ وَّکَانَ عَرۡشُہٗ عَلَی الۡمَآءِ لِیَبۡلُوَکُمۡ اَیُّکُمۡ اَحۡسَنُ عَمَلًا
And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days – and His Throne had been upon water – that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed.
there is similar discussion in Hadith as
people of Yemeni come to prophet .” They said, يارسول الله ﷺ ! We have come to ask you about this matter (i.e. the start of creations).” He said, “First of all, there was nothing but Allah, and (then He created His Throne). His throne was over the water, and He wrote everything in the Book (in the Heaven) and created the Heavens and the Earth.”
Sahi Bikhari- Hadith No-3191
From this verse and hadith, it becomes clear that water, Arash, Heaven, and Earth are the primary Creations.
Some scholars mention that the soul of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the first and primary creation of Allah.
The second step of creation
“The second step of creation is angels
“Those who lift the throne, As Allah says
اَلَّذِیْنَ یَحْمِلُوْنَ الْعَرْشَ وَ مَنْ حَوْلَهٗ یُسَبِّحُوْنَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَ یُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِهٖ وَ یَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَ لِلَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا١ۚ رَبَّنَا وَسِعْتَ كُلَّ شَیْءٍ رَّحْمَةً وَّ عِلْمًا فَاغْفِرْ لِلَّذِیْنَ تَابُوْا وَ اتَّبَعُوْا سَبِیْلَكَ وَ قِهِمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِیْمِ
—–Transliteration—–
The angels that bear the Throne and those that are around to extol your Lord’s glory with His praise, they believe in Him, and ask forgiveness for the believers, saying: “Our Lord! You encompass everything with Your Mercy and Knowledge. So forgive those that repent and follow Your Path, and guard them against the chastisement of Hell.
Surah Al-Ghaafir – Ayah 7
from this verse , it becomes clear that the angles are the second creations
third step of creations
the third step of creation is pen
as Allah says
نٓ وَ الْقَلَمِ وَ مَا یَسْطُرُوْنَۙ
Nun. By the pen and what the scribes write.
Surah Al-Qalam – Ayah 1
This verse begins with the Arabic letter “Nun,” one of the disjointed letters whose meaning is known only to Allah. It then emphasizes the pen, a symbol of knowledge, wisdom, and divine decree, as Allah swears by it. The phrase “what they inscribe” refers to the records of human deeds or the knowledge recorded by pens. From this verse it becomes clear that
the fourth step of creation
the fourth step of creation is skies and Earth
in a long Hadith prophet Muhammad SAW answer to some Yemeni people that there was nothing but Allah, and (then He created His Throne). His throne was over the water, and He wrote everything in the Book (in the Heaven) and created the Heavens and the Earth.”
fifth step of Creation
The fifth step from the divine creation process is the creation of humans and jinn. as Allah says
وَ لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْاِنْسَانَ مِنْ صَلْصَالٍ مِّنْ حَمَاٍ مَّسْنُوْنٍۚ. وَ الْجَآنَّ خَلَقْنٰهُ مِنْ قَبْلُ مِنْ نَّارِ السَّمُوْمِ
—–Transliteration—–
Surely We brought man into being out of dry ringing clay which was wrought from black mud
while We had brought the jinn into being before out of blazing fire.
in this verse allah mention non existentance to existance of jinn was created from smokeless fire, symbolizing their ethereal and unseen nature. and granted free will, This unique capability allows them to choose between good and evil, making them accountable for their actions in the hereafter.
this verse clear the creation of jinn and shaitan
th sixth step creations
th sixth step creations is human , as say
وَ اِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلٰٓئِكَةِ اِنِّیْ جَاعِلٌ فِی الْاَرْضِ خَلِیْفَةً١ؕ قَالُوْۤا اَتَجْعَلُ فِیْهَا مَنْ یُّفْسِدُ فِیْهَا وَ یَسْفِكُ الدِّمَآءَ١ۚ وَ نَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَ نُقَدِّسُ لَكَ١ؕ قَالَ اِنِّیْۤ اَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ
—–Transliteration—–
Just recall the time when your Lord said to the angels, “I am going to appoint a vicegerent on the Earth.” They humbly enquired, “Are you going to appoint such a one as will cause disorder and shed blood on the Earth? We are already engaged in hymning Your praise, and hallowing Your name”.
in this verse allah mention non existentance to existance of humans were crafted from clay, signifying their earthly origin and connection to the ground they inhabit. In contrast, jinn were created from smokeless fire , Both were granted free will, This unique capability allows them to choose between good and evil, making them accountable for their actions in the hereafter. Together, humans and jinn play pivotal roles in the grand design of the universe ,
from this verse creations of human and jinn becomes clear
“Today, we have discuss about the
creation step by step. Some scholars may have different ideas about the sequence of creation, but the truth is, no one truly knows the exact serial order of creation
why? Because no one was there when Allah brought everything into existence.
The sequence of creation is not part of our faith (Iman) and deeds (Amal). but truly matters is holding onto our faith and practicing good deeds.
May Allah grant us the ability to maintain strong faith and righteous actions,
